Staff Information Guidebook

The resources developed for the district support the promotion and understanding of the Portfolio for students, staffs and parents. These resources were intended to help all persons involved in the production of a high quality Portfolio so that they would understand the concepts, organizers and aspects of the Portfolio. It has been written in easy to understand language, avoiding educational jargon and terminology as much as possible. These three resources are constant across the district so that all students in each of the seven secondary schools share the same vision and expectations of criteria.

Portfolio Bingo

This activity can be used as an ice breaker with staff or students. We used it at our school to start a professional development day on portfolio integration. Questions can of course be altered, and we have included a second sheet with the incorrect responses.
